This episode starts off with Jay going back and realizing how insane early MTV was, Kansas City's premiere concert made national news in the worst way, and why walking a pet pig makes you an awful person. News this week focuses on Justin Bieber, and how people are up in arms about him making a racist joke, even though everybody in the history of ever has made racist jokes.
